Nerve damage and ED

The researchers claim that the effect of damaged nerves on male’s potency has been undervalued. The findings of the study were very remarkable for the further researches- about 69% of men suffering from sexual difficulties had nerve damage, particularly peripheral nerve damage.

Men who were diagnosed with more severe nerve damage reported more severe symptoms of impotence. The research also used the results of the previous studies which demonstrated direct links between ED and heart disease and stroke. It was proved that ED represents a significant risk factor for the future development of cardiovascular disorders.

The study finding may give medical practitioners some worthy suggestions about the underlying causes of ED in their patients, still the links between the nerve damage and impotency in men need more research.
